The exact origins of the BB-57E are unknown, but as almost all of the Syndicate mobile forces had been destroyed near the end of the Alliance-Syndicate War, it is most likely to be a newly build mobile unit.
Its first mission under the command of CEO Boyens was to reconquer the Midway System, which had recently rebelled.
