General Artur Drakon is a former Syndicate CEO who, along with fellow CEO Gwen Iceni, led a coup that won the independence of the Midway system from the Syndicate Worlds. As co-ruler of the system, he has a say in almost everything the new government decides, as well as sole command of the system's ground forces. Despite this, he is more of a warrior than a politician, choosing to allow President Iceni to make a large number of decisions.

Early Career[]
Artur's career is unknown, but he appears to have been a soldier, fighting in a lot of battles of the Alliance-Syndicate War for most of his life. He was very good with that, and eventually rose to CEO rank. After assisting one of his subordinates to escape from ISS agents, he was punished by being exiled to the Midway system, because there wasn't any proof of his treason, and also to keep him alive if he was needed, as he was a very good soldier.

Gwen Iceni[]
Having both been assigned to the Midway star system, Iceni and Drakon forged a partnership to rebel against the Syndicate Worlds following the end of the war with the Alliance. This rebellion having been successful, the two continue to act as co-rulers of Midway. Their relationship has strengthened over time to the point of romance, and eventually marriage.
